Since March 2002, holiday camps have been held at [link opens
in new window] Camp Breakaway at San Remo on the Central
Coast of New South Wales, 85 kilometres north of Sydney and 40
kilometres south of Newcastle.
Pictured at left are the campers, staff and volunteers from our first camp at the new location.
Camp Breakaway is set in 25 acres of peaceful bushland reaching down to Lake Budgewoi, and is specifically designed as a place where people with disabilities can have a "break away" from their usual routine.
Accommodation is in 6 bed cabins, with en suite bathrooms and disabled access.
