If you wish to support us through a bequest, we recommend the following form:
"I give and bequeath free of all death, estate or succession duties whether State or Federal the sum of $ to the Australian Huntington's Disease Association (NSW) Inc. My bequest is to be used for the general purposes of the Association and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer of the said Association shall be complete discharge to my executors."
The Association has available a wide
variety of gift products bearing the Huntington's logo,
including greeting cards, tea towels, clothing, pens, desk
furniture, travel kits, books, kitchenware and children's
items. If you would like to make a purchase to support us, please

You may pay for your purchase by credit card when ordering, or by mailing your credit card authorisation, cheque or money order on receipt of your purchase.
One way of doing this is through Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Payroll Giving programs which allow employees the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on the work of their preferred not-for-profit organisations through a direct tax deductible donation from their pre-tax pay.
